Water Filling Machine

Our water bottle filling machine adopt the technology to meet the high-speed filling production with stable running operation, therefore the output and the benefit of the machine is higher than the other machines with the same specifications. The advanced PLC system is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while an air conveyor is used in the bottle inlet to adjust speed and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the bottle moving operation more steadily and reliably. It is convenient to operate with higher automation because every part of the operation is inspected with photo electricity. This machine is ideal equipment for water bottle manufacturers.

  1. Utilizing wind-sent access and direct wheel-bottle connection technology eliminates the need for screws and conveyor chains, simplifying the process of adapting to different bottle shapes.
  2. The bottle transmission system employs clip bottleneck technology, allowing for easy adaptation to various bottle shapes without the need to adjust the equipment level. Simply changing the curved plate, wheel, and nylon parts is sufficient.
  3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle-washing machine clip is robust and durable, ensuring it doesn’t come into contact with the screw location of the bottle mouth to prevent secondary pollution.

Washing Heads

Filling Heads

Capping Heads

  • The capping process is designed to operate only when a bottle is present, preventing unnecessary capping attempts.

The customers are from Mexico, they mainly do bottle water business in local place and they wanted to purchase the blow molding machines with different bottle sizes for increasing their product ranges. And based on their rough ideas about the bottle design, we helped to confirm the bottle design and solved all the problems like the preform weight, electricity difference, and bottle logo and handle material. Finally the automatic 4 cavity blowing machine for small bottle size and semi automatic blowing machine for 20L bottle are delivered successfully after the customer’s inspection themselves.
We got one inquiry from Syria in 2017, and the customer told us that they would like to set up a water factory in their local place. And because of the langauage difference, we negotiated the details like the machine details, bottle design, brand logo, factory size and electric power with the simple English and the help of the Arabic translator, and our customer asked his Chinese partner to come and visit our factory and confirm the details again, finally at the end of year 2017, the sales contract was signed.
